No. Thirty days’ notice and you’re out — no minimum term, no exit penalty. Most large operators want 45–90 days or a twelve-month tie-in. We’d rather keep you because the numbers are good than because the contract says so.

Yes — filing, renewals and guest registration, all of it. It’s part of onboarding and takes none of your time. You’ll never deal with the paperwork.
